Our experienced and trained Service Operatives strive to achieve excellent quality by making every effort to ensure posters are prepared to the highest standards possible before being handed over our Service Operatives. |
Service Operatives ensure details such as:
- poster sheets are accurately matched
- poster edges are neatly timed and left tidy
- mouldings are washed down to remove any excess paste
- sites are cleared of any discarded rubbish
- grass is cut and bushes trimmed
- billboards are stripped every 12th repost
Inspections: |
regular site by site inspections and feedback to staff by our staff, outdoor advertisers and customers. |
Flexibility is crucial in responding to the needs of our customers. For example:
- last minute sales producing the need for ‘rush jobs’
- customers may want an immediate repair of a damaged billboard or of an illumination that has failed to switch on
- accommodating special campaigns e.g. customers request that all panels displaying their posters must be repainted,
illuminated etc - emergency repairs due to storm damage: billboards may have become unsafe due to storm damage.
- Our Service Operatives respond immediately, making sites safe by removing any obstructive or dangerous materials. A later visit is made to the site to determine the most appropriate long term course of action e.g. repair, rebuild or demolition.
